Check to see that your domain accounts (one used for App pool and account for your SQL service/Reporting) are added to the Security container of your database server with db_owner Role Membership.
In your Domain Controller, go to your Domain Controllers container and add both crm/SQL domain accounts as well as the name of your CRM server to the appropriate containers.
