You have to use the HP SMART CD to detect the hard drives and configure them for RAID. There is a similar utility that HP provides to detect the second NIC and configure the 2 NIC cards in team mode. So make sure you have these utilities in hand before wasting time in the BIOS trying to get these things recognized.
