Go to https://www.realvnc.com/en/connect/download/viewer/
Download DEB x64 (or whatever is suitable for your PC).
Open Terminal and find the downloaded file.
sudo dpkg -i VNC-Viewer-6.19.107-Linux-x64.deb
(The version number above will likely be different.)
