Pi-hole: No option to set static IPv6 address during setup

In /etc/pihole/setupVars.conf you should have 2 settings:

IPV4_ADDRESS=
IPV6_ADDRESS=

As soon as there are valid IP addresses entered, they will show up on Admin/Settings/System
